摘  要:服装学院以培养应用型人才为目标,以"校企合作,联合办学"的模式培养服务社会的应用型人才,在实践中经历了探索与实践、深化与融合、构建与实施三个阶段。主要解决了目前高校在应用型人才培养中比较突出的三个问题:企业参与校企合作积极性不高;人才培养对行业企业发展支撑不够;教师的应用型人才培养能力不强和改革动力不足。采用校企多方联合办学模式,在全面提升专业人才的创新能力方面取得了显著的效果。With the goal of cultivating application-oriented talents,College of Clothing has experienced three stages of exploration and practice,deepening and integration,constructing and implementing in practice to train the applied talents with the model of"school-enterprise cooperation and joint running".It mainly solves three problems that are prominent in the training of applied talents in colleges and universities:the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in the cooperation between schools and enterprises is not high;the training of talents is not enough to support the development of enterprises;teachers’training ability to train applied talents is not strong and the reform motivation is not enough.By adopting the mode of"school-enterprise cooperation and joint running",remarkable results have been achieved in improving the innovation ability of professional talents in an all-round way.
