摘  要:在我国经济结构大调整和产业升级的大背景之下,产学合作是当前高校培养应用型人才的全新模式。文章通过对法学专业人才市场需求进行分析,介绍了我校产学合作协同育人的实践经验,梳理了高校法学专业人才培养模式面临的困境,提出应构建法学专业人才培养的新机制,开创法学专业课程教学的新模式,以期立足地方经济和社会发展,充分挖掘并发挥自身优势,有针对性地调整自身人才培养重点和层次,促进产学的深度融合,努力实现企业与高校协同育人、和谐发展的新局面。Under the background of economic restructuring and industrial upgrading in our country,industry-university cooperation is a new model for training applied talents in colleges and universities.By analyzing the needs for professional talents,this paper introduces the practical experience of collaborative education of industry-university cooperation in Hubei University,and sorts out the difficulties faced by the law talent training model in colleges and universities.It is proposed that a new talent training mechanism and a new teaching model for law courses should be established,hoping to adjust the focus and level of talent training,promote the deep integration of industry and university,and strive to achieve a harmonious development between enterprises and universities.
