摘 要:目的:将微课程和雨课堂结合教学模式应用于病理生理学课程教学中,探讨其应用的可行性和应用效果。方法:将我校临床医学专业2015级(130人)、2016级(135人)本科学生分别设为对照组和实验组,对照组学生授课方法为传统式教师为主,结合PPT的讲授法,实验组学生在教师授课中采用微课程和雨课堂结合式方法教学。观察两组的教学效果。结果:实验组学生期末考试总成绩及病例分析题成绩较对照组学生均有提高(P<0.05),问卷调查显示学生对微课程和雨课堂结合的教学模式的满意度较高(P<0.05)。结论:在病理生理学教学中采用微课程结合雨课堂的混合式教学模式能够提高教学效果。To explore the feasibility and effect of applying the micro-lecture and Rain-classroom teaching model in the teaching of Pathophysiology,this study selects the undergraduate students of 2015(130 students)and 2016(135 students)majoring in clinical medicine in our school and takes them respectively as the control group and experimental group.The control group were taught by traditional methods combined with PPT,and the experimental group were taught by the combination of micro-lecture and Rain-classroom teaching methods.The teaching effect of the two groups were observed.Results show that compared with the control group,the total scores of the final examination and the scores of the case analysis questions of the experimental group were improved(P<0.05).The questionnaire survey shows that students are satisfied with the teaching mode that combines micro-lecture and Rain-classroom(P<0.05).The application of micro-lecture and Rain-classroom teaching model improves teaching effect in the teaching of Pathophysiology.
