摘  要:通过建立60 kg/m重轨水平矫直有限元模型,模拟研究了矫前弦高、矫直压下规程对重轨矫后残余应力的影响,研究结果表明:重轨矫后残余应力随着矫前弦高的增加而增大,在工业生产中制定合理的预弯曲线能够降低矫后残余应力;减小R6、R8水平辊压下量,重轨在Ⅵ、Ⅶ水平矫直变形区产生较小的弹塑性变形,有利于降低重轨矫后残余应力。In this paper,a finite element model of 60 kg/m heavy rail horizontal straightening is established to simulate the influence of chord height before heavy rail straightening and reduction schedule on the residual stress after heavy rail straightening.The results show that the residual stress after the straightening is increased with the increase of the heavy rail chord height before straightening,and the residual stress after the straightening can be decreased by making reasonable pre-bending curve in the industrial production.The small elastic-plastic deformation of heavy rail is decreased by reduction of R6 and R8 horizontal rolling in VI and VII horizontal straightening areas,which is beneficial to reduce the residual stress of the rail after straightening.
