摘  要:汽车营销技能大赛"赛教融合"的人才培养模式是对传统人才培养模式的改革和创新,其以赛项规程为指导,以赛项内容为载体,教学内容多元化、立体化,教学评价更加细化。本文以汽车服务与营销专业为对象,以全国职业技能大赛要求为基础,结合高等职业教育的教学要求和教学规律,探索高职汽车服务与专业人才培养过程中"赛教融合"的有效途径。The talent training mode of "competition teaching integration" in automobile marketing skill competition is the reform and innovation of traditional talent training mode, which is guided by the competition rules and carried by the competition content. The teaching content is diversified, three-dimensional and the teaching evaluation is more detailed. Based on the requirements of the national vocational skills competition and the teaching requirements and rules of higher vocational education, this paper explores the effective way of "competition teaching integration" in the process of training automobile service and marketing professionals.
