摘 要:针对世界范围内仍未对"智慧高速"达成统一的认识,并形成较为成熟的理论,首先对"智慧高速"的基本内涵进行了诠释。依托北京新机场"智慧高速"工程,从系统框架构建、自由流收费等方面介绍了"智慧高速"的设计实践经验,并与传统高速公路设计进行了对比。在此基础上,探讨了"智慧高速"工程体系设计的内在逻辑与时代要求,可为智慧高速的发展提供理论依据,还可为今后的智慧高速建设提供参考。Since there is still no unified understanding of"Smart Expressway"in the world and a mature theory has not yet been developed,the basic meaning of the notion was introduced.Relying on the smart expressway project for Beijing’s New Airport,the design and practical experience of the smart expressway was introduced from aspects of the building of system framework and free flow toll collection,and compared with the design of traditional highway.The internal logic and demands of a new age of the design of smart expressway engineering system were discussed,which provides a theoretical basis for the development of smart expressway and a reference for future construction.
