摘 要:以废旧塑料聚丙烯作为原料,以改性沸石作为催化剂,通过高温裂解的方法制得新型沥青温拌剂。运用单因素试验对比以及对催化剂加入前后的改性沥青性能研究,确定催化剂对PP催化裂解的良性作用。通过不同催化剂用量和蜡掺量的对比试验确定最佳掺量,采用常规试验方法对改性沥青特性进行数据分析。对裂解蜡和改性沥青进行FTIR检测,对比分析峰值变化。试验结果表明,370℃~400℃裂解温度下改性沥青的相对黏度呈下降趋势,说明PP裂解蜡对沥青具有降黏作用。Using waste polypropylene as raw material and modified zeolite as catalyst,a new warm mix agent for asphalt mixture was prepared through high temperature cracking method.The single-factor test and the comparison on the performance of modified asphalt before and after the catalyst addition were used to determine the positive role of the catalyst in the catalytic cracking of polypropylene.The optimal amount of catalyst and wax was determined through tests and comparisons,and the conventional test method was used to analyze the characteristics of the modified asphalt.The cracked wax and modified asphalt were tested by FTIR,and the peak changes were compared and analyzed.The results show that the relative viscosity of modified asphalt shows a downward trend at the cracking temperature of 370℃-400℃,suggesting that polypropylene wax has a viscosity-reducing effect on asphalt.
