摘　　要：目的观察胼胝体切开术治疗儿童难治性癫痫的效果。方法回顾性分析医院2015年1月至2018年1月收治的难治性癫痫患儿80例,均行胼胝体切开术,术后跟访1年,使用改良的Engel分级评估手术效果。结果随访发现,患儿经胼胝体切开术治疗后有效率达75.00%。结论胼胝体切开术治疗儿童难治性癫痫效果良好。Objective To observe the effect of corpus callosum incision on intractable epilepsy in children.Methods Totally 80 children with intractable epilepsy admitted to the hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients underwent corpus callosum incision,followed by a follow-up visit for one year,and the effect of the operation was evaluated with the improved Engel classification.Results The follow-up showed that the effective rate was 75.00%.Conclusion Corpus callosum incision is effective in the treatment of refractory epilepsy in children.
