锥形束CT辅助诊治左下颌尖牙双根管根尖周炎1例

摘　　要：目的探讨锥形束CT辅助诊治双根管根尖周炎的效果。方法选取医院1例锥形束CT辅助诊治左下颌尖牙双根管根尖周炎患者的临床资料,分析锥形束CT辅助诊治的效果及安全性。其中给予患者开髓、拔髓、根扩、冲洗引流等处理。1周后复诊,给予热牙胶根管填充。结果X线摄片显示恰填,3个月后复查,牙龈无异常,患牙无松动,X线摄片显示根尖周骨质无异常,提示病变愈合,转修复科桩核冠修复。结论锥形束CT辅助诊治双根管根尖周炎效果显著。Objective To investigate the effect of cone beam CT in the diagnosis and treatment of double root canal periapical periodontitis.Methods The clinical data of a patient with bicuspid periapical periodontitis of left mandibular canine were analyzed.Among them,the patient was treated with pulpotomy,pulpectomy,root expansion,irrigation and drainage.One week later,the root canal was filled with hot gum.Results X-ray showed that it was just filled in,and reexamined 3 months later,the gingiva was normal,the affected teeth were not loose,the X-ray showed that the periapical bone was normal,indicating the healing of the disease,and the post core crown was transferred to the prosthetic department.Conclusion Cone beam CT is effective in the diagnosis and treatment of double root canal periapical periodontitis.
