综合疗法联合弱视治疗仪治疗儿童弱视60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨综合疗法联合弱视治疗仪治疗儿童弱视的临床效果。方法选取医院2019年1月至9月收治的弱视患儿120例,按随机抽号法分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组患儿行常规治疗,观察组患儿行综合疗法并予弱视治疗仪治疗。结果对照组有效率显著高于观察组(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗后的平均眼睛视力遮盖时长显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合疗法联合弱视治疗仪治疗儿童弱视,能有效改善患儿弱视程度,缩短患儿眼睛视力遮盖时长。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive therapy combined with amblyopia therapeutic apparatus on amblyopia in children.Methods Totally 120 children with amblyopia admitted to the hospital from January to September 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,60 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,while the observation group received comprehensive treatment and amblyopia treatment instrument.Results The effective rate of the control group was significantly higher than that of the observation group(P<0.05),and the average length of vision occlusion in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive therapy combined with amblyopia treatment instrument in the treatment of amblyopia in children can effectively improve the degree of amblyopia in children and shorten the time of vision covering.
