硅橡胶印模法用于固定义齿修复的技法与效果

摘　　要：目的探讨硅橡胶印模法在固定义齿修复应用中的技法及效果。方法选取医院2017年8月至2019年8月收治的固定义齿修复患者90例,随机分为硅橡胶印模法组(观察组)和藻酸盐印模法组(对照组),各45例。比较两组患者上下颌义齿压痛点数。结果两组患者上颌义齿压痛点数均显著少于下颌(P<0.05);观察组患者上颌、下颌义齿压痛点数均显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过1次、2次硅橡胶印模制取义齿,印模的精确度就会得以提升,对所制义齿与肩台间形成紧密结合具有重要促进作用。同时,还可提高义齿的精密度,增强义齿颈缘区域牙周组织的健康状况。Objective To investigate the technique and effect of silicone impression in the repair of fixed partial denture.Methods From August 2017 to August 2019,90 patients underwent the repair of fixed partial denture were randomly divided into silicone rubber impression group(the observation group)and alginate impression group(the control group).45 cases in each group.The number of tenderness points between the two groups was compared.Results The number of tenderness points in the two groups was significantly less than that in the mandible(P<0.05).The number of tenderness points in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The accuracy of impression can be improved by one or two times of silicone rubber impression,which plays an important role in promoting the close combination between the denture and shoulder.At the same time,it can also improve the precision of denture and enhance the health of periodontal tissue in the neck margin area of denture.
