德国老年护理职业教育对中国养老服务人才培养的启示

摘　　要：德国的职业教育与培训采用"双元制"模式,在国际职业教育与培训领域享有盛誉。德国老年护理职业教育从学生进入学校注册学习开始就进入临床实践,学校"行动导向"教学与机构"临床实践"培训交替进行,贯穿于老年护理整个教育与培训全过程,充分保证了老年护理职业人才的培养质量。养老服务人才培养是中国积极应对人口老龄化的关键环节,职业教育与培训是输送养老服务人才的重要途径,学习借鉴其他国家职业教育的先进经验,有利于提高中国养老服务领域高质量人才队伍的建设水平。German vocational education and training takes the“dual system”model,which enjoys a high reputation in the international vocational education and training field.Aged care nursing students are asked to enter clinical practice once they finish registration in school.The action-oriented teaching model alternates with the clinical practice in institution and runs through the whole process of education and training,which guarantee the training quality of aged care nursing professionals fully.Training aged service professionals is the key to China's active response to population aging.Vocational education and training should be an important way to train elderly service talents.Learning advanced experience of vocational education from other countries is beneficial to build a high level quality team of professionals in the field of elderly care services.
