摘　　要：针对目前的汽车保险杠治具大多只能满足某一种车型某一种保险杆的定位和夹紧、不具备通用性的缺陷,提出了一种结构新颖的汽车保险杠柔性装夹治具,该设计以机器人和机械手为基体,配合其他定位装置协调运动,具有快速定位、稳定性强、重复定位高的特点,可以满足不同型号尺寸的汽车保险杠。In view of the fact that the current bumper fixture can only meet the positioning and clamping of a certain type of bumper,which is not universal,this paper proposes a new flexible bumper fixture with novel structure,which is based on robot and manipulator and coordinated with other positioning devices.It has the characteristics of rapid positioning,strong stability and high repetitive positioning,and can meet different types and size of car bumper.
