摘 要:安全气囊是汽车乘员保护约束系统的一个重要组成模块,其在碰撞展开过程中的刚度变化直接影响人体的伤害。气囊刚度变化与织布材料的透气性的关系,通过对一种气囊织布材料的动态透气性及双轴拉伸和剪切力学性能进行研究测试,并将实验数据转换为LSDYNA程序输入。结合织布力学性能建立了基于粒子法的动态透气性仿真模型,通过试验压力和织布膨胀高度对比验证了材料的力学性能和透气性,为气囊的数值开发及对标工作奠定了基础。Airbag is an important component of occupant protection and restraint system,and the change of its stiffness during collision has impact on human injury directly.The change of air bag’s stiffness is closely related to the permeability of fabric material.The dynamic air permeability,biaxial tensile and shear properties of a kind of air bag fabric were tested.The experimental data were converted into LSDYNA program input.A dynamic air permeability simulation model based on corpuscular particle method was established according to the mechanical properties of fabric.By comparing the test pressure and the fabric expansion height,the fabric mechanical properties and permeability were determined,which laid a foundation for the numerical development and targeting of air bag.
