摘 要:以评估钢铁基地生产过程对海洋水环境影响为研究目标,对污染源及污染情景进行识别和刻画,在海域水动力条件分析的基础上,利用数值模拟计算方法,建立了潮流水动力模型和溶质迁移模型.以石油类、COD、无机氮、活性磷酸盐、锌等为特征污染物,模拟预测了在正常工况下对海洋水环境的影响,并通过工程建设前后排污口附近海域水环境调查结果分析水污染防治措施的效果.结果表明:各特征因子最大增量贡献值为无机氮质量浓度增量0.007 mg·L^-1,叠加现状背景值后无超标水域,无机氮质量浓度平均增加约0.17 mg·L^-1;废水经深度处理后深海排放可满足海洋水环境的保护要求.研究结果对钢铁行业沿海布局大背景下的海洋水环境保护具有重要应用价值.Impact of steel production process on marine water environment was evaluated,pollution source analysis and pollution scenarios were identified and described in the present work.Hydrodynamic model of tidal current and solute migration model were established by numerical simulation.Influence of characteristic pollutants(petroleum,COD,inorganic nitrogen,active phosphate and Zn)on marine water environment under normal working conditions was simulated and predicted.Effect of water pollution prevention and control measures were gauged by water environment near sewage outlet before and after project construction.Maximum concentration increment contribution of each characteristic factor was found to be 0.007 mg·L^-1 in inorganic nitrogen concentration.By superimposing current background value,water standard was found not exceeded,inorganic nitrogen content was found to increase by 0.17 mg·L^-1.Deep sea discharge of sewage after deep treatment was found to meet protection requirements of marine water environment.This work could be applied in marine water environmental protection for coastal layout of steel industry.
