摘　　要：培养卓越创新人才是国家发展和学校改革的育人导向,构建产学研共同体是卓越人才培养的路向选择和推进路径。剖析文旅融合新形势下旅游院校的机遇挑战,挖掘产学研共同体办学模式的价值内涵和实施路径:精准定位,确立文旅融合的价值取向;精诚合作,打造产学研的共同体系统;精细保障,创建深度融合的共同体机制。Cultivating outstanding and innovative talents is the education orientation of national development and school reform.Building a community of industry,academia and research is the way of choice and promotion of excellence in personnel training.Analyze the opportunities and challenges of tourism colleges under the new situation of integration of literature and travel,explore the value connotation and implementation path of the industry-university-research community model,accurately locate and establish the value orientation of the integration of culture and travel;cooperate sincerely to create a community system of production,education and research;creating a community mechanism of deep integration.
