摘 要:在基本的磨损理论基础上,研究了磨损规律,并从不同角度制定了确保设备安全的磨损界限值,包括由磨损含量与取样频率关系统计的浓度界限值、相邻两个油样中含量变化统计的趋势界限值,通过这些界限值来捕捉故障征兆,也可灵敏地反映磨损变化。为了提前发现设备的磨损情况,基于GM方法建立了GM磨损预测模型,并对设备的磨损状况进行了预测,通过比较预测值和测量值,验证了所用方法的准确性。还校正了更换滑油对元素浓度测量及磨损程度预测带来的影响,使校正后的测量值及预测值能够准确反映设备的真实状况。On the basis of the basic wear theory, this paper studied the wear regularity, and established the wear limit values to ensure the safety of the equipment from different perspectives, including the concentration limit values calculated from the relationship between wear content and sampling frequency, and the trend limit values calculated from the content changes in two adjacent oil samples. Through these limit values, the portent of failure can be captured, and the wear change can also be sensitively reflected. In order to know about the wear condition of the equipment in advance, a GM wear prediction model is established based on GM method, and the wear condition of equipment was predicted. The accuracy of the method was verified by comparing the predicted value with the measured one. This paper also corrected the influence of changing lubricating oil on element concentration measurement and wear prediction, so that the corrected measured value and the predicted value can accurately reflect the real condition of the equipment.
