麦味地黄汤联合医学护肤品对老年女性面部皮肤的影响

摘　　要：目的观察麦味地黄汤联合医学护肤品对老年女性面部肤质和生理指标的临床疗效。方法采用随机对照方法,入组老年女性志愿者80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各40例。治疗组采用麦味地黄汤联合医学护肤品治疗,对照组单纯采用口服维生素E软胶囊疗法。2组分别于治疗前后采用多参数皮肤图像分析仪进行测试,评定治疗效果。结果治疗24周后,和对照组相比,治疗组女性志愿者的面部肤质和生理指标均有显著改善(P <0.05)。结论麦味地黄汤联合医学护肤品可显著改善女性面部肤质和生理指标,患者容易接受。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Maiwei Dihuang decoction combined with medical skin care products in the treatment of female facial aging skin.Methods Selecting 80 cases of patients with SFT,they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The treatment group used Maiwei Dihuang decoction combined with medical skin care products for treatment.The control group used oral vitamin E capsules for treatment.The course of treatment was24 weeks for both groups.The clinical symptoms and skin physiological parameter of two groups were evaluated at the end of treatment.Results The cure rate of the treatment group was 87.50%,which was higher than 20.00% of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Maiwei Dihuang decoction combined with medical skin care products has a good therapeutic effect with less adverse reactions in the treatment of female facial aging skin.Patients are easy to accept.
