摘  要:【目的】探究青贮柑橘皮渣饲料用作部分羊饲料饲喂小尾寒羊的效果。【方法】首先跟踪考察柑橘皮渣营养成分含量随青贮时间的变化情况,再用青贮4个月的柑橘皮渣饲料替代20%的育成羊全价饲料和草料,对4月龄的小尾寒羊进行为期5个月的饲喂试验,考察其对小尾寒羊的体重、身高、肉质和饲料成本等的影响。【结果】当柑橘皮渣青贮2个月时,pH降为3.73,粗蛋白、粗脂肪和粗纤维含量均达到最大值;青贮2~4个月,粗蛋白含量保持在较高水平。青贮柑橘皮渣饲喂第1月,试验组平均日增重比对照组低0.026 kg(P<0.05);饲喂2~5月,试验组平均日增重高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组羊肉营养成分含量略有增加但不显著(P>0.05),羊肉脂肪酸中的十五碳酸、棕榈酸和十七烷酸含量分别减少0.515%、3.2%和1.5%(P<0.05);每公斤羊增重成本降低16.07元,每公斤羊纯利润增加11.52元。【结论】柑橘皮渣适宜的青贮时间为2~4个月,该青贮柑橘皮渣饲料可有效增加小尾寒羊的平均日增重,略微增加羊肉营养成分含量,可改善羊肉脂肪酸组成,降低饲料成本,提高经济效益。[Purpose]To study the effect of silage citrus peel residue feed on small-tailed Han sheep.[Method]The change of nutrient composition of citrus peel residue with silage time was followed up,and then the citrus peel residue for 4 months of silage was used to replace 20%of the fullprice feed and forage of sheep,forty 4-month-old small-tailed Han sheep were selected for a 5-month feeding experiment to study the effects of silage citrus peel residue on the small-tailed Han sheep’s weight,height,quality and economic benefits.[Result]When citrus peel residue was ensiled for 2 months,the pH value decreased to 3.73,and the content of crude protein,crude fat and crude fiber were reached to the maximum.The content of crude protein remained a high level for 2-4 months.The average daily gain(ADG)of the test group was lower than that of the control group by 0.026 kg in first month(P<0.05),and the ADG of the test group was higher than that of the control group in 2-5 months(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,nutrient composition of mutton in the test group increased slightly but the difference was not significant(P>0.05),the content of pentadecanoic acid,palmitic acid and heptadecanoic acid in mutton fatty acid decreased by 0.515%,3.2%and 1.5%respectively(P<0.05).The weight gain cost per kilogram of sheep was reduced by 16.07 yuan,and the net profit per kilogram of sheep was increased by 11.52 yuan.[Conclusion]The suitable silage time of citrus peel residue is 2-4 months.The silage citrus peel residue feed can effectively increase the ADG of small-tailed Han sheep,slightly increase the nutrient composition of mutton,improve the fatty acid composition of mutton,reduce the feed cost and increase the economic benefits.
