摘　　要：目的:探讨冷冻技术在膀胱肿瘤活检中的应用。方法:回顾性分析2019年12月至2020年1月陕西省人民医院收治8例膀胱肿瘤患者分别行经尿道膀胱肿瘤冷冻活检技术与传统异物钳活检的临床及病理资料,对比经尿道膀胱肿瘤冷冻活检技术与传统异物钳活检技术在标本大小、病理切片方面的差异。结果:冷冻活检肿瘤标本直径(0.7125±0.136)cm大于传统异物钳活检肿瘤标本直径(0.2125±0.064)cm;肿瘤病理标本较异物钳活检技术更加完整、层次清晰,术中、术后无明显严重并发症。结论:冷冻活检技术在膀胱肿瘤获取过程中具有明显优势,效果肯定,安全性高,值得临床广泛推广使用。Objective:To discuss the application of cryobiopsy for bladder tumor.Methods:Clinical data of 8 cases for bladder tumor patients between December 2019 and January 2020 in Shaanxi Province People’s Hospital were retrospectively analyzed to compare the differences of the specimen size and pathological section between traditional biopsy technique and cryobiopsy.Results:The specimen size was significantly more in cryobiopsy group than traditional biopsy technique group[(0.7125±0.136)cm vs(0.2125±0.064)cm].The specimen was more complete and clear in cryobiopsy group.There was not significant differences in intraoperative and postoperative complication.Conclusion:Compared with traditional biopsy technique,cryobiopsy had more advantages with positive effect and high safety.It could be extensively popularized in clinical work.
