Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)has been found to be closely related to cervical cancer, which can be classified into three grades of CIN(CIN1,CIN2,and CIN3)according to the degree of abnormality.About 60%of CIN1 naturally subsides, with only a small part progressing. At present, some biomarkers are urgently needed as predictors to predict the outcome of lesions. After searching for domestic and foreign literature, most of the current research results show that the staining results of biomarkers p16 and Ki67 have predictive value for the prognosis of CIN1.Some scholars have found that the p16/Ki67 double staining results also have a good predictive effect. At present, very few people have studied the significance of FRαin predicting the outcome of CIN1,and they believe that FRαmay have a certain predictive value.Regarding the predictive value of these biomarkers,we believe that other large,long-term clinical follow-ups are needed to further study their accuracy and reliability,as well as more in-depth research to find other more accurate markers.
