川芎嗪对老年颅内动脉瘤夹闭术后早期脑缺血患者临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨川芎嗪对老年颅内动脉瘤夹闭术后早期脑缺血患者临床疗效。方法纳入的老年颅内动脉瘤夹闭术后早期脑缺血患者81例,按照随机表法分为对照组41例与观察组40例。对照组给予依达拉奉注射液治疗,观察组给予川芎嗪注射液治疗。2组疗程均为14 d。比较2组治疗疗效,治疗前后Barthel指数评分和NIHSS评分、氧化应激指标变化及再出血情况。结果观察组GOS评分5分者多于对照组(P <0. 05)。2组治疗后Barthel指数评分增加而NIHSS评分降低(P <0. 05);观察组治疗后Barthel指数评分高于对照组,而NIHSS评分低于对照组(P <0. 05)。2组治疗后血浆MDA水平降低而SOD水平升高(P <0. 05);观察组治疗后血浆MDA水平低于对照组,而SOD水平高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论川芎嗪对老年颅内动脉瘤夹闭术后早期脑缺血患者疗效显著,且可改善患者氧化应激水平,降低再出血。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Ligustrazine on early cerebral ischemia after clipping of intracranial aneurysms in elderly patients and the effect of Ligustrazine.Methods A total of 81 elderly patients with early cerebral ischemia after clipping of intracranial aneurysms were divided into two groups according to the random table method:41 cases in the control group and 40 cases in the observation group.The control group was treated with edaravone injection,while the observation group was treated with Ligustrazine injection.Both groups were treated for 14 days.The curative effect,Barthel index score,NIHSS score,changes of oxidative stress index and occurrence of rebleeding before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The GOS score of the observation group was more than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,Barthel index score increased and NIHSS score decreased in both groups(P<0.05);after treatment,Barthel index score in observation group was higher than that in control group,while NIHSS score was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,plasma MDA level decreased and SOD level increased in both groups(P<0.05);after treatment,plasma MDA level in observation group was lower than that in control group,while SOD level was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ligustrazine has a significant clinical effect on the elderly patients with early cerebral ischemia after intracranial aneurysm clipping,and can improve the level of oxidative stress and reduce rebleeding.
