摘　　要：目的探究复方苦参注射液对浅表性膀胱癌患者炎症因子及免疫功能的影响。方法将在本院就诊的浅表性膀胱癌患者随机分为对照组(吡柔比星术后即刻膀胱灌注)和观察组(复方苦参注射液联合吡柔比星术后即刻膀胱灌注),各60例,分析2组患者临床效果。结果治疗后,观察组肾功能指标(BUN、Cre)显著低于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组CD3^+、CD4^+和CD4^+/CD8^+均显著高于对照组(P <0. 05),CD8^+显著低于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组IgG、IgA、IgM均显著高于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组IL-6、CRP、TNF-α显著低于对照组(P <0. 05),IFN-γ显著高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论对浅表性膀胱癌术后患者实施中西联合治疗,能够有效改善患者肾功能,提升免疫功能,疗效较好。Objective To investigate the effects of Compound Kushen Injection on inflammatory factors and immune function in patients with superficial bladder cancer.Methods Patients with superficial bladder cancer treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group(bladder perfusion immediately after pirerbi star surgery)and the experimental group(bladder perfusion immediately after pirerbi star surgery combined with compound radix sophacae injection),with 60 cases in each group,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,renal function indexes(BUN and Cre)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).CD3^+,CD4^+and CD4^+/CD8^+in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).CD8^+was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);the IgG,IgA and IgM in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).IL-6,CRP,TNF-αin the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).IFN-γwas significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Chinese and western therapy for patients with superficial bladder cancer after surgery can effectively improve the renal function and immune function of patients,with good efficacy.
