摘　　要：民主革命时期,中国共产党曾多次阐发协商民主的思想。这些思想涉及协商民主之价值、主体、形式及增进协商民主效能的文化条件培育等内容。它们是中国共产党人在其固有理念和追求影响下,为解决近代中国面临的政治衰败和外患等问题而提出的关于政治联盟和民主政治的一些观念和制度等,是党构建革命统一战线和民主联合政权过程的产物。During the period of democratic revolution,the Communist Party of China repeatedly elaborated the thoughts of consultative democracy.These thoughts involve the value,subject,form and cultivation of cultural conditions that enhance the effectiveness of consultative democracy.They are some ideas and systems about political alliances and democratic politics put forward by the Chinese Communists under the influence of their inherent ideas and pursuits in order to solve the problems of political decline and foreign aggression faced by modern China.They are the product of the CPC's process of building a revolutionary united front and a democratic coalition government.
