摘　　要：帛书《阴阳十一脉灸经》《足臂十一脉灸经》发现“脉”的存在,《黄帝内经》建立经络学说,揭示“脉”分为“经脉”和“络脉”。络脉是经脉支横别出的分支部分的统称,其干线有十四别络和五脏六腑之大络,其层次为大络至孙络的各级分支组成网络系统,其属性分阳络和阴络,具体存在形态是气络和血络,是立体动态存在,呈现时间、空间和功能三者统一的“三维立体网络系统”,具有维持生命活动和保持人体内环境稳定、内外环境交通和谐统一之功能。络脉基本病理为初病在气、虚实并见,血伤入络、络脉痹阻,其中络病是研究急性重症、各种慢性病、进行性加重疾病、难治性病证的切入点。主张从营分证、血分证治疗动脉粥样硬化,从“络脏同病”治疗冠心病、肥大性心肌病、心力衰竭等。Vessel was been found in Classical Moxibustion of Eleven Vessel of Yin-Yang and Classical Moxibustion of Eleven Vessel of Food-Hand,then theory of meridians and collaterals was established by Huangdi Neijing,revealing that the vessel can be divided into meridians and collaterals.Collaterals are general terms for the branches of the meridians,the trunks of collaterals include fourteen Bie-collaterals and the major collaterals of five zang viscera and six fu viscera.The gradations of collaterals are composed of the major collaterals and the minute collaterals,which are composed of network systems.The character of collaterals can be divided into yang-collaterals and yin-collaterals.Qi-collaterals and blood-collaterals are two basic existing forms of collaterals.Collaterals are dynamic existences,presenting a unified three-dimensional network system of time,space and function,with the harmony maintenance of life activities and the stability of the human body environment,and with the traffic harmony maintenance of internal life and external environment.The basic pathologies of collaterals are initial illnesses which are due to qi-illnesses of syndrome of deficiency and excessive,and then due to blood-illnesses of collaterals failure,resulting in blocked vessel.The collaterals’diseases are the entry points for the study of acute severe diseases,various chronic diseases,progressive diseases and refractory diseases.In this paper,the treatment of atherosclerosis was proposed to treating based on yingfen syndrome and xuefen syndrome.In the same time,we advocated that the treatment of coronary heart disease,hypertrophic cardiomyopathy,heart failure and other similar diseases based on the idea of disease involving collaterals and zang.
