摘 要:针对车用三元锂离子电池热安全性问题,选用圆柱形三元锂离子电池作为研究对象,确定试验方案对单体电池实施恒倍率恒温测试,并基于电化学-热模型对单体电池产热及温度分布进行数值模拟,将试验结果与模拟结果进行对比,试验与仿真曲线相对误差小,验证了模型的准确性。在此基础上对电池产热做进一步分析,发现正负极材料具有不同的产热特性,负极对可逆产热贡献大,而正极对不可逆产热贡献大。The cylindrical ternary lithium-ion battery was used as research object to study the thermal safety problem with high capacity and poor heat safety.The battery was tested under constant temperature and C rate,the thermal and temperature of battery were simulated based on electrochemical-thermal model,and the test results were compared with the simulation results and the deviation is small,which verifies the accuracy of the model.The battery heat behavior was further analyzed based on model and it is found that the positive and negative electrodes have different effect on battery thermal characteristics,the negative electrode contributes greatly to reversible heat while the positive electrode contributes greatly to irreversible heat.
