摘  要:为测量与分析齿轮传动系统的振动信号,以某型号齿轮减速机为试验对象,利用PCB-356B18型加速度传感器、NI PCI9234型数据采集卡及PC主机等搭建实验平台,利用LabVIEW软件平台设计振动信号采集系统并分析齿轮的振动数据。实验结果表明,该测量方法可有效评测齿轮传动效果。The vibration signal of gear transmission system is measured and analyzed,and a gear speed reducer of a certain type is used as the test object.The experimental platform is set up by using the PCB-356 B18 type acceleration sensor,the NI PCI9234 type data acquisition card and the PC host,and is set with the Lab VIEW software platform.Vibration signal acquisition system is used to analyze the vibration data of the gear.The experimental results show that the measurement method can effectively evaluate the gear transmission effect.
