摘 要:为了解体质指数(BMI)与大学生营养知识、态度和饮食行为间的关系,本研究采用随机抽样法抽取重庆商务职业学院在校生共560人作为调研对象,对其进行问卷调查,调查内容包括:身高体重信息、营养知识、营养态度及饮食行为共4个方面。结果表明:560名调查对象中消瘦者有39人,体质正常426人,超重73人,肥胖22人。其中女生消瘦比例高于男生,肥胖者中男生则多于女生;体质指数(BMI)正常或消瘦的学生在营养知识和营养态度方面得分要高于超重或肥胖人群;体质指数(BMI)与饮食行为间具有很强的相关性,体质指数正常的学生往往具有较好的饮食习惯,超重或肥胖人群在饮食行为方面得分较低。In order to understand the relationship between body mass index(BMI) and nutritional knowledge, attitudes and dietary behaviors of college students, this study selects a total of 560 students from Chongqing Vocational College of Business as a survey object, and survey them. The survey includes four aspects: height and weight information, nutritional knowledge, nutritional attitude, and eating behavior. The results showed that there were 39 emaciated, 426 normal, 73 overweight and 22 obese people in 560 subjects. Among them, the weight loss ratio of girls is higher than that of boys, and there are more boys than girls among obese people. Students with normal or lean BMI score higher in nutrition knowledge and nutritional attitudes than those who are overweight or obese. There is a strong correlation between BMI and eating behavior. Students with normal body mass index often have better eating habits, and overweight or obese people have lower scores on eating behavior.
