影响土榨花生油中黄曲霉毒素B1含量的研究

摘　　要：土榨花生油中AFB1超标问题频出,为探索土榨花生油良好的贮存条件,本文从土榨花生油样品本身AFB1含量、贮存温度、湿度和包装中氧气含量方面进行研究,采用GB 5009.22-2016中高效液相色谱-柱后衍生法测样品中AFB1含量。结果表明,样品中AFB1的最适增长温度为32℃;样品中AFB1的本底含量和样品包装中氧气含量对AFB1的增长有一定的影响,湿度可以作为恒常量关注。In order to explore the good storage conditions of peanut oil, this paper studies the AFB1 content, storage temperature, humidity and oxygen content in the package of peanut oil samples. The content of AFB1 in the samples is measured by hplc-post column derivation method in GB 5009.22-2016. The result showed that the optimal growth temperature of AFB1 in the samples is 32 ℃. The background content of AFB1 in the sample and the oxygen content in the sample package have certain influence on the growth of AFB1, and the humidity can be regarded as a constant.
