摘　　要：大学生就业状况的好坏关系到他们的个人前途、成长及家庭生活水平提高,关系到高校的生存与发展,必须从社会稳定、经济发展出发,高度重视并切实解决好。本文在实地调研和问卷调查的基础上,分析用人单位招聘财经类毕业生时所关注的因素,用人单位对各种学历层次财经类人才的需求情况,财经类毕业生就业意愿和就业情况,探究就业难度逐年加大的主要原因,在此基础上给出进一步做好毕业生就业工作的一些思路。The employment status of college students is related to their personal future,growth and improvement of family living standards,to the survival and development of colleges and universities.We must start from social stability and economic development,attach great importance to it and solve it effectively.This paper on the basis of on-the-spot investigation and questionnaire,analyzes of employing units in the recruitment of finance and economics graduates are concerned,the employer of record of formal schooling of talents demand,financial graduate employment intention and employment situation,explores the main reasons for the increasing difficulty of employment year by year,on this basis put forward for further to do the work of graduates employment some ideas.
