中性粒细胞淋巴细胞比值与糖尿病黄斑水肿的关系研究

摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者外周血中性粒细胞淋巴细胞比值(NLR)与糖尿病性黄斑水肿(DME)的关系。方法本研究共观察3组患者,分别是DM无DR对照组(NDR)、DR无DME组(DR)和DR有DME组(DR+DME),每组均为50例。采集患者一般信息,并进行外周血常规化验、散瞳眼底彩照和OCT检查。比较各组中性粒细胞计数/淋巴细胞计数(NLR)。结果DR+DME组的NLR和中性粒细胞水平明显高于NDR组(P=0.003、P=0.005),但DR组与DR+DME组、以及与NDR组之间的NLR差异无统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论T2DM黄斑水肿患者外周血NLR升高,提示炎症反应可能与DME发病机制有关。Objective To investigate the relationship between neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and diabetic macular edema(DME)in type 2 diabetic patients.Methods The study included there patient groups:the diabetic control group(NDR,n=50);the groups without and with DME(DR,n=50 and DR+DME,n=50,respectively).Their clinical characteristics,such as the general information,blood routine examination,fundus photograph and OCT,were collected.NLR was calculated as the ratio of neutrophils to lymphocytes.Results Statistically significant differences were present for the NLR levels and for the neutrophil levels between the DR+DME group and the group with NDR(P=0.003 and P=0.005,respectively).The mean NLR in the DR+DME group was higher than that of group with DR,and so was DR group and NDR group,but there were no significant differences among them(P=0.085 and P=0.078,respectively).Conclusions Increased serum levels of NLR in DME suggest that inflammation is involved in the pathogenesis of DME in type 2 diabetes.
