小牛血去蛋白提取物眼用凝胶联合绷带镜治疗丝状角膜炎的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨小牛血去蛋白提取物眼用凝胶联合绷带镜治疗丝状角膜炎的疗效。方法选择丝状角膜炎患者34例(49只眼),取出丝状物后配戴绷带镜,予以小牛血去蛋白提取物眼用凝胶点眼,4次/d,疗程1月。用药前和用药后1月分别进行症状评分,裂隙灯检查,泪膜破裂时间(breakup time,BUT)、基础泪液分泌试验(SchirmertestⅠ,STⅠ)检查,并将治疗前与治疗后检查结果进行比较分析。结果34例患者经治疗1月后,所有患者的角膜上皮完全修复。与治疗前相比,BUT增加了(5.95±1.16)s,STⅠ延长了(5.62±1.78)mm/5min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论小牛血去蛋白提取物眼用凝胶联合绷带镜治疗丝状角膜炎有较好疗效。Objective To investigate the efficacy of the deproteinized calf blood extract eye gel combined with bandage lens on the treatment of the filamentary keratitis.Methods Thirteen filamentous keratitis patients(29 eyes)were collected,all patients wore bandage lens and droped the deproteinized calf blood extract eye gel after removing filament.Ophthalmologic examinations were carried out and repeated at 1 month after wearing bandage lens,which include the symptom assessment,slit lamp examination,tear break-up time(BUT),Schirmer test I(STI).Results The corneal epithelium of 13 patients was completely repaired after one month.BUT of all patients increased and STⅠwas extended compared with before treatment.The average of BUT and STⅠwere increased to 5.95±1.16 s and 5.62±1.78 mm/5min.Comparison before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusions The deproteinized calf blood extract eye gel combined with bandage lens is an effective method to treat filamentary keratitis.
