摘　　要：目的探讨CalliSpheres载药微球动脉化疗栓塞术(DEB-TACE)治疗中晚期肝癌的安全性及有效性.方法回顾性分析采取DEB-TACE及传统碘化油栓塞(cTACE)治疗的79例中晚期肝癌患者临床资料,比较2组患者术后1月肿瘤缓解率、术后不良反应及肝功能指标变化.结果2组患者的基线数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).术后1月DEB-TACE组肿瘤缓解率高于cTACE组(P<0.05).术后3 d,cTACE组谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)较DEB-TACE组明显升高;术后5 d,DEB-TACE组ALT较cTACE组明显下降;术后1月,2组患者各项肝功能指标均恢复正常,DEB-TACE组间接胆红素(IBIL)及白蛋白(ALB)较cTACE组低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05).DEB-TACE组患者呕吐反应较cTACE组发生率低、程度更轻(P<0.05).2组患者术后均无严重并发症.结论CalliSpheres DEB-TACE治疗中晚期肝癌患者不良反应少、肝损伤小、短期疗效好,值得临床推广.Objective To investigate the effect and safety of CalliSpheres drug eluting beads transarterial chemoembolization(DEB-TACE)in the treatment of advanced liver cancer.Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 79 patients with advanced liver cancer who underwent DEB-TACE and conventional transarterial chemoembolization(cTACE).The tumor remission,adverse reactions and the changes of liver function were compared.Results There was no significant difference in baseline data between the two groups(P>0.05).Tumor remission in the DEB-TACE group was higher than that in cTACE group in one month after operation(P<0.05).Three days after surgery,alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)were significantly clevated in the cTACE group compared with the DEB TACE group.Five days after surgery,ALT in the DEB-TACE group was significantly lower than that in cTACE group.Liver function indices returned to normal level in one month after surgery in both groups.Indirect bilirubin(IBIL.)and albumin(ALB)in the DEB-TACE group were lower than those in cTACE group(P<0.05).The vomiting in the DEB TACE group was lower and milder than those in cTACE group(P<0.05).There were no serious complications in both groups after operation.Conclusion CalliSpheres DEB-TACE in the treatment of advanced liver cancer had less adverse reactions,better efficacy and smaller liver damage and is worthy of clinical promotion.
