摘　　要：目的探究鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊吻合手术治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月-2019年7月期间本院收治的86例慢性泪囊炎患者,通过数字表法进行随机分组,包括对照组43例和观察组43例,对照组进行泪道置管术治疗,观察组进行鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊吻合术治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗总有效率以及围术期指标。结果观察组手术时间、出血量少于对照组,疼痛评分低于对照组,临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊吻合手术治疗慢性泪囊炎有良好的临床效果。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of nasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis.Methods 86 patients with chronic dacryocystitis admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to July 2019 were randomly assigned by digital table method,including 43 patients in the control group and 43 patients in the observation group.After catheterization,the observation group underwent endoscopic nasal lacrimal sac anastomosis,and the total effective rate and perioperative index of the two groups were compared.Results In the observation group,the operation time and blood loss were less than that of the control group,and the pain score was lower than that of the control group.The total effective rate of clinical treatment was higher than that of the control group.The data were significantly different,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy has a good clinical effect in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis.
