摘　　要：目的了解住院患者参与医疗安全管理的认知水平及意愿,为建立患者参与医疗安全管理制度,保障自身医疗安全提供参考依据。方法采用方便抽样方法,向2018年7月20日-8月2日在福州市某三级甲等综合性医院480例住院患者发放《住院患者参与自身医疗安全管理意愿及行为调查表》的微信二维码进行网络问卷调查。结果患者参与意愿与文化程度(P<0.01)、住院次数有关(P<0.05),存在显著性差异;患者在主动行为上的得分低于其主观参与意愿。结论住院患者参与医疗安全管理的意愿较高,但缺乏有效参与的意识和能力。医护人员应积极主动指导住院患者参与医疗安全管理,使患者成为医疗安全管理活动的合作者。Objective To understand the level and willingness of inpatients to participate in medical safety management,and to provide reference for establishing the system of patients participating in medical safety management and ensuring their own medical safety.Methods 480 inpatients in a tertiary A general hospital in Fuzhou City from July 20 to August 2,2018 were surveyed by a two-dimensional micro-code questionnaire entitled"Willingness and Behavior of Inpatients to Participate in their medical safety management questionnaire".Results The willingness to participate was related to the educational level(P<0.01)and the number of hospitalizations(P<0.05),and there were significant differences.The score of patients in active behavior was lower than their willingness to participate.Conclusion Inpatients have a high willingness to participate in medical safety management,but lack the awareness and ability of effective participation.Medical staff should actively guide inpatients to participate in medical safety management,so that patients can become partners in medical safety management activities.
