摘  要:针对无人机用永磁飞轮发电机试制阶段出现的定子线圈温度较高的工程问题,在不改变定子线圈及磁钢规格的情况下,采用加装转子外壳端部进风扰流片的方案,并利用ICEPAK仿真软件对优化前后的电机进行热仿真分析,仿真结果显示定子线圈温度有所下降。而后又进行了试验,确认仿真结果和实测数据的一致性。该方案的散热效果良好,能较好地满足设计要求。Against the engineering problem that high temperature of the stator coil of the PM flywheel generator used in drones occurs during the generator1 s trial production phase,the scheme of adding the air inlet spoiler at the end rotor shell is adopted,instead of changing stator coil form or magnet steel specifications.Afterwards,the ICEPAK simulation software is applied to perform the thermal simulating analysis,and it is found that temperature of the stator coil is decreased.And then,test is done to show that consistency between the simulated results and test data is confirmed,verifying good heat radiation capability of the scheme,able to meet with the design requirement.
