摘　　要：目前现代“旅游产业支柱发展”方针,很多地区都开始大力开发当地农产品资源,为消费者提供生态休闲环境与对应的服务体系。但其中却很少有以食用菌为主题的旅游项目,原因在于我国很多农业地区虽拥有大量农产品资源,但食用菌占比较少,很少被当作主题,因此以“食用菌”为主题的旅游项目还有待开发。为更好地给开发食用菌旅游项目提供参考意见,研究将重点阐述食用菌主题下生态休闲旅游项目开发方案,并提出该方案发展战略与注意事项。Under the modern“pillar development of tourism industry”policy,many agricultural product areas have begun to vigorously develop local agricultural product resources to provide users with an ecological leisure environment and corresponding service systems.There are few tourism projects with the theme of edible fungi it was because many agricultural areas in China have a large amount of agricultural product resources,of which edible fungi account for a relatively small amount,so few was taken as a theme,thus tourism projects with the theme of edible fungi are yet to be developed.In order to provide reference for better development of edible fungi tourism projects.The research will focus on the development plan of the ecological leisure tourism project under the theme of edible fungi,and put forward the development strategy and precautions of this plan.
