摘　　要：目的:探讨吉西他滨联合依立替康对宫颈癌患者血管生成与侵袭能力的影响。方法:选取2018年4月-2019年10月本院收治的宫颈癌患者76例,按照抽签法分为对照组(n=38)与研究组(n=38)。对照组实施单一依立替康治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合吉西他滨治疗。比较两组治疗效果、侵袭能力、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、肿瘤微血管密度及不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组病灶组织的细胞外因子蛋白(Wnt)1、Wnt3a、Wnt8、β-链蛋白水平、VEGF与肿瘤微血管密度均明显高于健康组织(P<0.05);研究组病灶组织Wnt1、Wnt3a、Wnt8、β-链蛋白水平、VEGF与肿瘤微血管密度均低于对照组病灶组织(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:吉西他滨联合依立替康治疗宫颈癌患者效果显著,可改善VEGF水平,降低癌细胞的侵袭能力,且安全性较高,值得推广应用。Objective:To investigate the effect of Gemcitabine combined with Irinotecan on angiogenesis and invasive ability of patients with cervical cancer.Method:A total of 76 patients with cervical cancer treated in our hospital from April 2018 to October 2019 were selected.They were divided into control group(n=38)and study group(n=38)according to the lottery method.The control group was treated with Irinotecan alone,and the study group was treated with Gemcitabine on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,invasive ability.vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),tumor microvascular density and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of Wnt1,Wnt3a,Wnt8,β-chain protein,VEGF and tumor microvascular density of focus tissues in the two groups were significantly higher than those in the healthy tissues(P<0.05).The levels of Wnt1,Wnt3a,Wnt8,β-chain protein,VEGF and tumor microvascular density of focus tissues in the study group were lower than those of focus tissues in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Gemcitabine combined with Irinotecan has a significant effect in the treatment of cervical cancer patients,which can improve the level of VEGF and reduce the invasion ability of cancer cells and has a high safety.It is worth of promoting its application.
