摘　　要：中医外科学包含的病种非常广泛,在特色辨证基础上的内外结合综合治疗是中医外科的诊治特色。不同的病种在临证治疗时内外治选择的侧重亦需有所不同。注重动态观察,重视内外治相结合,才能提高临床疗效,提升临床思维能力和中医学术水平。Traditional Chinese medical(TCM)surgery includes a wide range of diseases,and the combination of internal and external treatment on the basis of syndrome differentiation is the diagnosis and treatment characteristics. Different types of diseases also have different emphasis on internal and external treatment in clinical treatment. Only by paying attention to dynamic observation and combining internal and external treatment,can clinical efficacy be improved,clinical thinking ability and academic level of traditional Chinese medicine be improved.
