针灸门诊实习中学生创业能力培养的实践

摘　　要：大学生是最具创新、创业潜力的群体之一,高校内创新创业教育也日渐得到重视。针灸门诊不仅能从理论到实践锻炼学生的诊疗思维和技术,还能够从多角度培养学生的创业创新能力。文章从专业知识和技能、沟通管理能力、社交能力、继续学习能力的训练以及发展方向的初步评估等方面,介绍针灸门诊内学生创业能力培养的实践。Undergraduates are one of the groups with the most potential for innovation and entrepreneurship.In acupuncture clinic,they can not only form the thinking mode and skills of diagnosis and treatment,but also cultivate entrepreneurship and innovation ability from multiple perspectives.This paper introduces the practice of students'entrepreneurial ability cultivation during internship in acupuncture clinic from the aspects of different training about professional knowledge,communication,management and social skills,continuing learning ability and preliminary evaluation of development direction,etc.
