摘  要:随着社会的不断发展,各行各业对继续教育需求日益多元化,迫切需要高校开展使受教育者更新知识、提高创新能力和个人素养的非学历培训教育,培训教育的管理模式也需要进一步适应实际需求而不断创新。非学历培训教育发展中存在发展速度缓慢、规模小、统筹管理不足、课程设计脱离实际需求、智力资源整合欠缺及培训教育缺少品牌特色等问题,需要采取全方位、多元化发展对策:高校高度重视培训教育;加强培训教育师资队伍建设;加强培训教育品牌建设;推进高校培训教育与政府部门、行业协会的紧密合作;积极开拓海外市场;打造高素质管理团队。With the continuous development of society and the diversification of all walks of life for continuing education needs, it is urgent to, for colleges and universities, carry out non-academic training education to make educatee update knowledge as well as improve innovation ability and personal quality, and continue to innovate the management mode of training education to further adapt to the actual needs. There are some problems in the development of non-academic training education, such as slow development, small scale, insufficient overall management, curriculum design divorced from actual needs, and the lack of integration of intellectual resources and the lack of brand characteristics in training education. Therefore, it is necessary to take all-round and diversified development countermeasures in training education of colleges and universities: paying high attention to training education, strengthening the construction of training education teachers, strengthening the construction of training education brand, promoting the close cooperation among training education of colleges and universities, government departments and industry associations, actively exploring overseas markets, and building a highquality management team.
