摘  要:目的探讨基于模型任务的支架式教学结合随机进入教学的复合式的教学模式在影像诊断实验课之中的应用效果。方法将该校2016级医学影像学学生影像诊断实验课随机分为复合式教学模式班(实验组)和传统教学模式班(对照组),并在课后进行相关教学效果评价。结果复合式教学模式班与传统教学模式班试卷成绩差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),影像阅片成绩差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且多数学生认为复合式教学有益于自主学习能力的提高,提高了学习兴趣、创新能力、协作能力、沟通能力等。结论复合式教学模式的应用,相较传统教学方式能够更能够强化学生对于医学影像学专业知识的掌握,并且使学生临床思维的逻辑性、影像整合临床的能力以及对影像图片的观察、影像报告的书写等方面表现更加全面。Objective To explore the application effect of a model-based scaffolding instruction combined with a random entry instruction in a diagnostic imaging experiment course. Methods The school’s 2016 class of medical imaging students’ image diagnosis experiment classes were randomly divided into a compound teaching model class(experimental group) and a traditional teaching model class(control group), and related teaching effects were evaluated after class. Results The difference in test scores between the composite teaching mode class and the traditional teaching mode class was statistically significant(P<0.05), and the difference in the scores of image reading was statistically significant(P<0.05), and most students thought that the composite teaching was beneficial to autonomous learning. The improvement of ability has improved learning interest, innovation ability, collaboration ability, communication ability, etc. Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching method, the application of the compound teaching mode can strengthen students’ grasp of medical imaging professional knowledge, and make the students’ logic of clinical thinking, the ability of image integration and clinical observation,observation of image pictures, and image reporting writing and other aspects are more comprehensive.
