摘　　要：自从血站管理办法全面实施后,血站的各个岗位及功能均呈现逐渐法律化、规范化的趋势,因此进一步落实血站内部人员的业务培训至关重要。我国血站质量管理规范中明确相关工作人员应严格完成拟任岗位职责相关文件的培训及实践技能培训,同时需要经过全面评估后才可胜任。因此要求血站每位工作人员必须将岗位知识、操作技能与考核相结合,最终创建系统的业务培训程序,从而达到培训预期的效果。该文培训对象,内容、形式、步骤、效果评估几个方面对血站业务培训进行了论述。Since the blood bank management measures have been fully implemented, each post and function of the blood station has gradually become legalized and standardized. Therefore, it is important to further implement the professional training of the internal staff of the blood station. China further the blood bank quality management specifications, which clear that relevant staff should strictly complete the training of relevant documents and practical skills training for the duties of the proposed post, and at the same time, they need to undergo a comprehensive evaluation before they can be competent.Therefore, each staff member of the blood station is required to combine post knowledge, operation skills and assessment,and finally create a systematic business training program, so as to achieve the desired effect of training. This artide disausses the training of blood bank operations from the aspects of training object, content, from, procedure and effect evdluation.
