屈螺酮炔雌醇联合宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析屈螺酮炔雌醇联合宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床效果。方法方便选取2017年4月-2019年3月在该院接受治疗的子宫内膜息肉患者共64例分为联合组和比较组,比较组采用宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉电切术进行治疗,联合组在此基础上术后采用屈螺酮炔雌醇进行治疗,比较两种疗法的临床效果。结果治疗后3个月,联合组患者的子宫内膜厚度以及PBAC评分均显著小于比较组间差异有统计学意义(t=4.179、5.276,P<0.05);联合组的治疗总有效率为96.88%,显著高于比较组的81.25%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.010,P=0.045)。治疗后6个月,联合组患者的复发率为6.25%,明显低于比较组的25.00%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.267,P=0.039)。结论屈螺酮炔雌醇联合宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床效果显著。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of drospirenone ethinystatol combined with hysteroscopy in the treatment of endometrial polyps. Methods A total of 64 patients with endometrial polyps treated in our hospital from April2017 to March 2019 were convenienty divided into a combined group and a comparison group. The comparison group was treated with hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy. On the basis of this, the combined group was treated with drospirenyl ethinyl estradiol and the clinical effects of the two therapies were compared. Results At 3 months after treatment, the endometrial thickness and PBAC scores of the combined group were significantly lower than those of the comparison group(t=4.179, 5.276, P=0.000). The total effective rate of the combined group was 96.88%, which was significantly higher81.25%of the comparison group had statistical significance between the groups(χ~2=4.010, P=0.045). At 6 months after treatment, the recurrence rate was 6.25% in the combination group, which was significantly lower than the 25.00% in the comparison group. There was a statistically significant difference between the groups(χ~2=4.267, P =0.039). Conclusion The clinical effect of drospirenone ethinylestradiol combined with hysteroscopy in the treatment of endometrial polyps is significant.
