探究高压氧治疗联合化疗在Ⅳ期结直肠癌患者治疗中应用价值

摘　　要：目的探究高压氧治疗联合化疗在Ⅳ期结直肠癌患者治疗中的临床作用。方法方便选择该院2016年5月-2018年5月治疗的88例Ⅳ期结直肠癌患者作为研究对象,按照不同的治疗方法分为参照组与研究组,每组44例,所有患者接受FOLFIRI化疗,研究组则在化疗基础上加用高压氧治疗。观察与比较两组的治疗结果。结果研究组患者化疗有效率(86.36%)高于参照组(68.18%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.140,P<0.05);研究组化疗毒副反应发生率(9.09%)低于参照组(36.36%),生活质量评分(89.76±3.27)分高于参照组(80.26±3.61)分,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9.310,t=5.06,P<0.05)。结论在化疗基础上对晚期结直肠癌患者采取高压氧治疗能够增强化疗效果,有利于缓解不良反应,从而保证患者预后效果,提高生活质量,以延长生存期限。Objective To explore the clinical role of hyperbaric oxygen therapy combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with stage Ⅳ colorectal cancer. Methods 88 patients with stage Ⅳcolorectal cancer treated in the hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were convenient selected as the research subjects. According to different treatment methods, they were divided into a reference group and a research group, with 44 patients in each group. All patients received FOLFIRI chemotherapy. The research group added hyperbaric oxygen to chemotherapy. Observe and compare the treatment results of the two groups. Results The effective rate of chemotherapy in the study group(86.36%)was higher than that in the reference group(68.18%). The difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.140, P<0.05). The incidence of side effects of chemotherapy in the study group(9.09%) was lower than The reference group(36.36%) had a higher quality of life score(89.76±3.27)points than the reference group(80.26±3.61)points, and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=9.310, t =5.060,P <0.05). Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen therapy for patients with advanced colorectal cancer based on chemotherapy can enhance the effect of chemotherapy and help alleviate adverse reactions, thereby ensuring the prognosis of patients, improving the quality of life, and extending the survival period.
