摘  要:桑天牛是蛀干类害虫的一种,幼虫主要通过蛀食枝干危害果树、林木。桑天牛幼虫危害能力与其强大的消化系统有直接关系。通过对桑天牛幼虫肠道结构观察,发现桑天牛幼虫的肠道较一般昆虫要长,可将其分为前肠、中肠MG1、MG2、MG3与MG4四段、后肠HG1与HG2两段。进一步通过石蜡切片、苏木素-伊红(HE)染色,发现中肠4个部位的组织结构差异明显,具体表现为MG1肠道褶皱较多,MG2肠绒毛较多,MG3有大量分泌小泡,MG4内分泌细胞较多;后肠前后段组织的多酚氧化酶表达程度不同,HG2有6个明显的直肠垫结构。Mulberry longhorn beetle Apriona germari is a kind of trunk borer.Larvae mainly infect fruit trees and forests by feeding on branches and trunks.The damage ability of A.germari larvae is directly related to their strong digestive system.By observing the intestinal structure of A.germari larvae,it was found that the intestinal tract was longer than that of common insects,which could be divided into several segments:foregut,midgut MG1,MG2,MG3 and MG4,and hindgut HG1 and HG2.Further,paraffin sections and HE staining showed that the histological structure of the four parts of the midgut was significantly different,such as MG1 has many intestinal folds,MG2 has many intestinal villi,MG3 has many secretory vesicles,and MG4 has many endocrine cells.Moreover,the expression of prophenoloxidase in the two parts of the hindgut was different,HG2 has rectal pad.
