富含血小板纤维蛋白(PRF)对修复即刻种植体周围骨缺损的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探究即刻种植体周围骨缺损行富含血小板纤维蛋白修复的临床诊疗效果。方法选取该院2018年9月—2019年9月牙科收治的36例患者,按照随机抽签的方法分为实验组和参照组,每组18例。实验组采取口腔行种植牙修复术;参照组行常规修复治疗术。比较实验组和参照组患者治疗后咀嚼功能、语言功能的恢复情况,对比实验组和参照组患者的治疗总有效率。结果实验组患者总有效率为94.44%,参照组患者总有效率为61.11%,实验组>参照组(χ2=5.786,P=0.016)参照组美观度评分、咀嚼功能评分、语言功能评分(8.61±0.25)分、(8.64±0.29)分、(8.19±0.41)分的评分均低于实验组(9.28±0.26)分、(9.28±0.28)分、(9.16±0.53)分,且差异有统计学意义(t=7.881、6.736、6.142,P=0.000、0.000、0.000)。结论即刻种植体周围骨缺损行口腔种植修复术作为全新的治疗方案,可以直接运用手术的方式将人工材料植入牙齿组织内,获得与天然功能相似的修复效果,成为越来越多的即刻种植体周围骨缺损患者的首选。Objective To explore the clinical diagnosis and treatment effect of platelet-rich fibrin repair on bone defects around the implant immediately.Methods A total of 36 patients who underwent dental treatment in the hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group and a reference group,with 18 patients in each group.The experimental group received oral implant restorations;the reference group received conventional restorations.The recovery of masticatory function and language function between the experimental group and the reference group were compared,and the total effective rate of treatment between the experimental group and the reference group was compared.Results The total effective rate of patients in the experimental group was 94.44%,and the total effective rate of patients in the reference group was 61.11%.The experimental group was greater than the reference group(χ2=5.786,P=0.016).The aesthetic score,chewing function score,and language function score of thereference group(8.61±0.25)points,(8.64±0.29)points,(8.19±0.41)points were higher than the reference group(9.28±0.26)points,(9.28±0.28)points,(9.16±0.53)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.881、6.736、6.142,P=0.000、0.000、0.000),has statistical significant.Conclusion Immediate oral implant repair of bone defects around the implant is a new treatment solution.Artificial materials can be directly implanted into the dental tissue using surgery to obtain a repair effect similar to natural functions.It has become the first choice for an increasing number of patients with immediate implants bone defects around the body.
