摘 要:目的探讨非小细胞肺癌分子基因方面研究的临床意义。方法选取2017年3月—2018年4月该院收治的92例非小细胞肺癌患者,运用ADx-ARMSTMEGFR基因突变检测试剂盒对患者组织中EGFR基因外显子18、19、20与21突变情况进行检测;依据基因突变情况将其分为突变组与非突变组,采用EGFR-TKI靶向治疗,观察EGFR基因突变情况、患者的临床治疗效果情况。结果经检测可知,在92例患者中,共有45例患者的EGFR基因发生突变,突变率为48.91%,47例患者未发生基因突变,占比51.09%。在EGFR基因发生突变患者中,19号外显子缺失突变率最高;突变组的治疗总有效率明显较高,与非突变组相比差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.722,P=0.030)。结论非小细胞肺癌患者的EGFR基因突变率较高,经治疗后能够获得良好的效果,可将EGFR基因作为靶向治疗的靶点。Objective To explore the clinical significance of molecular genetic research in non-small cell lung cancer.Methods A total of 92 patients with non-small cell lung cancer treated in the hospital from March 2017 to April 2018 were selected,and the EGFR gene exons 18,19,20 and 21 mutations were detected;they were divided into mutation groups and non-mutation groups according to the gene mutations.EGFR-TKI targeted therapy was used to observe the EGFR gene mutations and the clinical treatment effect of patients.Results In 92 patients,45 patients had EGFR gene mutation,the mutation rate was 48.91%,47 patients did not have gene mutation,accounting for 51.09%.In the patients with EGFR gene mutation,the mutation rate of exon 19 deletion was the highest;the total effective rate of the mutation group was significantly higher than that of the non mutation group(χ^2=4.722,P=0.030).Conclusion The non-small cell lung cancer patients have a higher mutation rate of the EGFR gene and can obtain good results after treatment.The EGFR gene can be used as a target for targeted therapy.
