肝病治疗仪穴位照射治疗对NASH患者的影响

摘　　要：目的分析非酒精性脂肪肝炎(NASH)患者治疗中应用肝病治疗仪穴位照射治疗的效果。方法对象选择2017年6月—2019年6月该院NASH患者96例,按照入院顺序分为观察组48例、对照组48例,其中对照组仅接受药物治疗,观察组在药物基础上接受肝病治疗仪穴位照射治疗,比较两组效果。结果观察组治疗后肝功能ALT、AST、γ-GGT、TBA水平为(32.26±12.28)U/L、(152.43±16.39)U/L、(53.49±13.82)μmol/L、(10.24±1.84)μmol/L,对照组为(75.84±16.94)U/L、(187.45±18.70)U/L、(78.49±15.18)μmol/L、(15.54±2.04)μmol/L(t=13.684、9.202、7.948、12.594,P<0.05);观察组治疗后血脂指标TC、TG、LDL-C水平低于对照组,HDL-C水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用肝病治疗仪穴位照射治疗NASH患者能够更明显改善肝功能,改善血脂水平,疗效更明显。Objective To analyze the effect of acupoint irradiation with liver therapy instrument in the treatment of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH)patients.Methods 96 patients with NASH in the hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected.The patients were divided into observation group 48 and control group 48 according to the order of admission.The control group received only medication and the observation group received on the basis of medication.Acupuncture acupoint therapy for liver disease treatment instrument,comparing the effects of the two groups.Results The liver function ALT,AST,γ-GGT,and TBA levels in the observation group were(32.26±12.28)U/L,(152.43±16.39)U/L,(53.49±13.82)μmol/L,and(10.24±1.84)μmol/L,the control group was(75.84±16.94)U/L,(187.45±18.70)U/L,(78.49±15.18)μmol/L,(15.54±2.04)μmol/L(t=13.684,9.202,7.948,12.594,P<0.05);the levels of blood lipids TC,TG,and LDL-C in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and HDL-C levels were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of acupoint irradiation of liver disease treatment instrument on NASH patients can significantly improve liver function,improve blood lipid levels,and has more obvious curative effect.
