摘　　要：目的探究分析安全护理管理理念对老年痴呆患者护理管理中的应用。方法选取2018年2月—2019年2月于该院收治的108例老年痴呆患者作为研究对象,按照不同的护理管理模式将108例患者分为对照组(n=54例)、观察组(n=54例),分别给予常规护理管理、安全护理管理,对比两组护理管理结果。结果观察组54例的不安全事件发生率5.6%、并发症发生率3.7%、治疗依从性96.3%,均比对照组54例的不安全事件发生率24.1%、并发症发生率27.8%、治疗依从性79.6%更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对患有老年痴呆住院患者应用安全护理管理理念,可以提升住院安全性,减少并发症发生率,可以提高患者的治疗依从性。Objective To explore and analyze the application of safe nursing management concept in nursing management of patients with dementia.Methods 108 patients with Alzheimer's disease treated in the hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as research subjects.According to different nursing management models,108 patients were divided into control group(n=54 cases)and observation group(n=54 cases),given routine nursing management and safety nursing management,and compared the results of nursing management between the two groups.Results The incidence of unsafe events in the observation group was 5.6%,the incidence of complications was 3.7%,and the compliance rate was 96.3%.Compared with the control group,the incidence of unsafe events was 24.1%,the incidence of complications was 27.8%,and the compliance rate was 79.6%,which the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the concept of safe nursing management to hospitalized patients with Alzheimer's disease can improve the safety of hospitalization,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the compliance of patients.
